Derek had a bike rodeo at his preschool & he was SO EXCITED!! Like a month after we got Derek his bike he decided he didn't want the training wheels on, so I took them off thinking it wouldn't last long. Boy was I wrong! I ran down the street behind him as he pedaled without training wheels for the first time, holding onto the back of his shirt, only for him to turn around and say let go of me mom!! So I did and he took off and like 5 minutes later he was going off "jumps" (the curb) like a pro(not like a 3 year old!) Anyways, his favorite thing to do is to ride his bike, so when he found out he got to ride it at school he was pretty happy:)
