We usually spend Christmas Eve at Ryan's Grandparents house. Ryan's aunt Jill did a great program. Mikayla, Katelyn, & their cousin Brooklyn got to do musical numbers in the program this year. Mikayla played "Away in a Manger" and Brooklyn sang. Then Mikayla and Katelyn played a duet, "Up on the Housetop." Then Mikayla played a solo called "Festival Marakesh." They all did such a great job, I was so proud of them. They were a little nervous that they would mess up, but they all did PERFECT! We then had dinner and dessert which was all very good...it's always better when I'm not the one that had to cook it:) Then we opened presents from Grandma & Grandpa. The kids had such a fun time. They got to play with their cousins that they don't get to see very often, which was so fun for them. Then we got their new pajamas on and drove home and they wrote their letter to Santa and put out his cookies and milk and reindeer food, & went to bed:)
